“I wanted to pass along some positive feedback I received from the fleet. One of your engineer’s designed the cofferdam discussed below on very short notice.  He worked into the weekend to get me the initial draft in 24 hours.

This cofferdam was used to repair a weld seam that was leaking on a deployed vessel.  This could have easily been a much bigger deal but your engineer’s ingenuity saved the day.

Everyone’s hard work has helped us in being able to meet and exceed our mission requirements. From normal everyday maintenance and depot level repairs to emergent requests, you guys have always been there and supported us and our every need and with that we Thank You!

Everyone from the dives department, and all their crew, they have been there every step of the way and whatever request is asked of them they meet or exceed that request, the leadership and quality of work that comes out of that department is always (in the 7+ years that I have been here) spot on and go above and beyond what is requested of them. They are always willing to help anyone out not only on that level but they also go out of their way to guide the younger divers by explaining in detail the procedures, paperwork, and answer any questions the divers may have about any particular piece of diving gear or dive system.

On the Salvage side of things everyone in that department, it is also amazing to me how quickly you can make everything happen as far as salvage equipment goes and get whatever you need to anywhere in the world you need it and in a quick turnaround time. Inventory of all kits are always 100% or close to, reliability of equipment and condition of all gear checked out always operates at 100% of that equipment’s ability.

There are so many other departments I could list (fabrication, paint shop, Electrical, welding, shipping and receiving and so many more) and talk about, but this would turn into a huge e-mail none of them go unnoticed and are all definitely appreciated as well.”
