Sherri Bovino, as President of 1st Flagship, provides leadership to ensure the company delivers innovation and competence to support and service Global’s customers. Her dedication is not only to achieving excellence and exceeding customers’ expectations, but Sherri is committed to adding value to each endeavor through building better relationships with customers, employees and community.

Sherri has nearly 30 years of operations management experience. She has worked for various wood products, mining, and manufacturing companies. In 1985, Sherri became a principle owner of an international consulting firm specializing in productivity improvement/gainsharing and operations management. Her strengths include recruiting and selecting the very best talent to build strong teams of people with common values and work ethics. These teams provide the highest level of engagement, enthusiasm and confidence for every challenge. The results are superior performance and value added for the customer, the individual’s growth and the community.

Sherri serves on the Board of Directors for the Orange County United Way. She is past Co-Chair of the Women’s Philanthropy Fund of Orange County and supports several other organizations that focus on helping women and children achieve self-sufficiency. Sherri also serves as the Executive Director of the Owl Foundation. The Owl Foundation focuses on out-of-school/out-of-work youth helping them build skills and confidence for successful tomorrows. Sherri serves on the President’s Advisory Council for California State University Fullerton. ln 2010, Sherri was honored by the Orange County Girl Scouts, and named the Orange County Entrepreneur of the year. In 2017, Global was named one of Orange County’s top women owned businesses.
