Nichole is responsible for all human resources and risk management activities for Global. She also oversees talent acquisition, risk management and other HR related services to a variety of companies including commercial and government contractors.

Nichole has been involved in the management and development of human capital for the past 20 years. She has earned a reputation for increasing the credibility and effectiveness of the HR management function by being committed to excellence in the delivery of quality customer service. Her strong management and communication skills make her a highly respected and trusted advisor, trainer, mentor, consultant, and leader in HR business partnerships.

Nichole earned her Bachelor’s Degree from California State University, Fullerton and her Senior Professional Human Resources (SPHR) designation in 2009 and her SHRM-SCP in 2015.

Nichole’s interests includes spending time on the soccer field with husband and two daughters Jillian and Jaclyn, enjoying quality time with family and friends and traveling.
